ESTIMATED, MOST LIKELY WEEKLY AVERA- GE VALUE OF THE RELATIVE SUNSPOT NUMBER IN THE INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM (old) FOR PERIOD W = 4+7/-4 (Wn =7+9/-7). ON THE SOLAR VISIBLE DISC ONE SMALL AND QUITE SUNSPOT GROUP APPEARS 31.02. 7.04 FROM E-LIMB APPEARED THE SUNSPOT GROUP (maybe one spot), THE SECOND ROTATION OF AR12736 (N09L283), IN WHICH AT 20 - 21.03 THE X-RAY "C"-FLARES WERE OCCURRED. NEXT WEEK THE LEVEL OF SUNSPOT ACTIVITY WILL AT VERY LOW LEVEL. LI- KELY WEEKLY AVERAGE VALUE OF THE RELATIVE SUNSPOT NUMBER IN THE IN- TERNATIONAL SYSTEM (old) FOR THE NEXT WEEK IS W=010+200/-10. FLARE ACTIVITY WAS AT THE VERY LOW LEVELS.
